Eighteen places she sells, and what each one is like

Where each one is, who built it and when, what the housing is, and the one thing worth checking there before you fall for a house.

The Las Vegas Valley is one county and a great many places, and the mailing address almost never tells you which one you are in. Summerlin straddles the City of Las Vegas and unincorporated Clark County. Southern Highlands says "Las Vegas" and is governed by the county. So does the Strip. Henderson and North Las Vegas are their own cities with their own rules, and Mount Charleston is a mountain town forty minutes up the road.

Each guide below says what the place is, a few facts worth having, and the questions buyers ask: the SID on an Aliante tax bill, the age covenant in Sun City Anthem, the residential-versus-condo-hotel split that decides your loan on the Strip. None of it is a listing feed. All of it is the part a feed does not tell you.

South, and the Boulevard

Southern Highlands and the Strip

Both addressed "Las Vegas", neither one in the City of Las Vegas.
